  • Arrival Windows: Technicians will arrive within the communicated time window. We will contact you if delays occur.
  • Access: You must ensure our technicians have safe and reasonable access to the work area.
  • Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Repeated no-shows may result in service restrictions.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Estimates: We provide free estimates for most services. Estimates are based on the information provided and may change upon on-site inspection.
  • Final Pricing: Final pricing will be communicated and approved before work begins.
  • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
  • Accepted Methods: We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
  • Additional Work: Any additional work discovered during service will be quoted separately and requires your approval before proceeding.

5. Warranty and Guarantees

Our Warranty Coverage

  • Labor Warranty: All labor is warranted for 90 days from the date of service.
  • Parts Warranty: Parts are covered by manufacturer warranties, typically ranging from 1-5 years depending on the product.
  • New Installations: New garage door installations include extended warranty coverage as specified in your service agreement.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or acts of nature
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Modifications made by others after our service
  • Pre-existing conditions not addressed in the original service

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your garage door issues
  • Ensure a safe working environment for our technicians
  • Clear the area around the garage door before service
  • Be present or have an authorized adult present during service
  • Follow all maintenance recommendations provided
  • Report any issues covered under warranty promptly

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carlos Garage Door Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
